Birth Certificate with Parental Information

Selecting at least one of the three Birth Certificate types (Birth Certificate, Birth Certificate with Parental Information, Certified Copy of Birth Registration) is required.

A birth certificate with parental information is required in order to obtain a passport for a child. Includes the same information as a birth certificate, along with the name of each parent listed on the birth registration and their place of birth. Recommended for children under the age of 16.

Certified Copy of Birth Registration

Selecting at least one of the three Birth Certificate types (Birth Certificate, Birth Certificate with Parental Information, Certified Copy of Birth Registration) is required.

A certified copy of birth registration is not recommended as a form of identification and is only required to meet certain legal requirements. It is a copy of the original birth registration and has been certified a true copy by Vital Statistics.

Genealogical Photocopy of a Registration of Birth

Selecting at least one of the three Birth Certificate types (Birth Certificate, Birth Certificate with Parental Information, Certified Copy of Birth Registration) is required.

Contains all the information that appears on the original registration and is stamped “For Genealogy Only”.
