Certificates ordered with regular service average 10 to 15 business days to be processed and delivered.

Certificates ordered with rush service average 5 to 8 business days to be processed and delivered. Requests for rush service will be processed within 2 business days and will be couriered to you.

If no record of the death is found by the Northwest Territories Vital Statistics Agency, fees will be applied to the search cost and will not be refunded by the Agency.
